What yoga DVD do you recomend?

umm im not good at working out cardio, i have bad joints in my knees. ive never done yoga before. i want to try it because its calming and i did it once in school for my pe Class, it was just a one time thing only but i enjoyed it. i also live on the top floor of an apartment so i can do jumping jacks and stuff or the people below will complain. so i think yoga will be best for me.

It is nice to start yoga.. and yes there are many dvds out there.. some are good, some are excellent, and others are very bad.
