Yoga Books And Tapes

What is the best way 2 motivate myself to exercise? It’s usually months before I’ll give into my nagging guilt
I’ve read the 100 benefits of exercise but still can’t get motivated. I hate to sweat, (sweating is unnatural) exercise is monotonous. I lead a sedentary lifestyle and I hate doing physical work.
I have a house full of exercise equipment I hardly use. A bench press with leg extension, an exercise bike, a hula hoop, an ab roller, barbells and dumbells, a skipping rope, dozens of instructional tapes from aerobics, yoga, dance to muscle-building. I’ve tried making exercise routine interesting by watching tv or listening to e-book on the exercise bike but my interest only lasts for one week tops and I would stop for months and then the whole cycle begins again where I have to force myself to work out. How do I stay committed to it and work out consistently? Most of my clothes don’t fit anymore and my tummy is bigger than my chest. And I still don’t feel like huffing & puffing & sweating.
I am a trainer. I have students just like you. Only yourself can help and that’s will power. My advice is start your work-out once a week first, and say do a brisk walk for 5-10 min. In that way, you don’t sweat too much. Just increase the duration and do it more frequently over time. If you rush and are unable to adapt, you will give up, again.
