Free Pilates Diet Plan

Do I have to agree with my diet today? Pleaseeee help. easy 10 points!?

I think I ate too much today. -150 Cal bread banana grapefruit -1 -200 cal sandiwch wheat bread, turkey, cal little mustard pretzels -45 -150 calories cup dried fruit -100 cal which is about 750 calories. and for dinner I plan to have two tacos made with shells small whole wheat tortilla and shredded cheese, fat free fat free sour cream. that would probably 1150. and I wanted it with tortilla chips … which would make probably 1250 .. that is about my limit of 1200 calories. I am also very afraid that I want a snack later that this would be even more .. I ran 2.6 miles and walked 1 / 2 a mile, 20 minutes of Pilates, 100 crunches, 60 leg lifts, leg and machines at the gym. but I still feel so gross. im 17, 5'5''. and PDS 125. I did ok today, honestly? or should I definitely skip the chips and snack later .. HELPPP

lool u did better than okay, but a little extreme. the human body, usually a sport with an intensive training system burns about 2300 calories per day exclusive training sessions, These calories are burned just for the body to be able to perform its daily functions. it is not necessarily the number calories u consume Aday determines ur progress. u need to focus on more important things, such as instinctive, ur obviously have a good 5-6 meals a day in a healthy way unless u focus a lot on certain food groups and neglect others. Theres a low protein intake in the diet ur food and fiber and limiting sugar. although fruits and other healthy snacks are completely safe on their own, if the contribution protein core of sugar or carbohydrates or exceeds the needs of the body it will eventually turn into fat! therefore have a variety of food groups to each meal. also, you need a day off weekly routine heart and have all that U've been to restrict urself to maintain the metabolism ur up and running. If ur calorie intake is too low, it goes wrong ur metabolism into thinking you're hungry who will switch to starvation and start saving fat for energy. So just eat healhty, keep working out moderately, do not exert urself and have a contribution calories do beyond 1500 and u'll be alrite.
