Small Pilates Ball Workouts

Diet/Work-Out – will this get results?
I have recently started at a local gym working out 3 times a week. Here is my program:-
Monday night – 40mins cardio (treadmill running, cross trainer)
30 mins abs workout on swiss ball
Tuesday night – 40mins cardio (treadmill running, cross trainer)
30mins weights work-out
Thurs night – 40 mins cardio (treadmill running, cross trainer)
55 mins – yoga/pilates class
My usual day-to-day diet is:-
6.30am Breakfast – Rolled Oats, Low in sugar yoghurt, fruit
10am Morning Tea – piece of fresh fruit/vege
12pm Lunch – Egg omelette with 2 eggs (1 full egg, 1 egg white), spring onion, ham, tomato & cheese
3pm Afternoon Tea – piece of fresh fruit/vege
5.30pm Dinner – Small chicken breast, jacket potato with cheese on top, fresh steamed veges.
My goal is to lose fat and tone up (lose inches) Will I see results fast with this plan in place?
