Pilates For Golf Exercises

I know it is annoying to have everybody asking if they are fat or what ever. I have areas where I could use to lose some weight.
I have really big theighs. Is there any exercises that I could to to tone them, but not neccessarily build bulk? Also around my hips and stomach. Okay, maybe my arms a bit too. I just want to tone like I said Not really build by any means.
Don’t get me wrong I love who I am, but would just like to have a goal to improve to.
If I am 5’7”-5’8” how much should I weigh?
I am thinking about starting pilates, and will be strength training for golf.
You should weight between 123 and 167 lbs. The range is so large because it depends on how much of you is muscle and bone. If you strength train and you have a large skeletal frame, you should be in the upper end, but if you don’t strength train and you have a small frame then you should be on the lower end.
I’m sorry to say that you can’t choose where your fat will come off. Doing any strengthening exercise on any part of your body will make your body burn more fat than it did before you got the muscle, so it really doesn’t matter what part of your body you are gaining muscles for.
The most effective means of strengthening are exercises based on ballet movements. You can find these exercises on various workout videos, including the callanetics videos, the Lotte Berk Method videos, The New York City Ballet videos, and The Bar Method videos.
Since you are afraid of building bulk, ballet-based exercises are perfect for you. If you know any ballet dancers, you may have noticed that they have incredible strength, yet are still very small and lean. They manage this because ballet strengthens all the very small muscles in their body, whereas other athletes strengthen only the biggest muscles like the abs and biceps.
