Pilates For Dummies Weight Loss
master cleanse/lemonade diet plus exercise for 1 month, how much weight will i lose?
Background:
currently 5ft 3.5″ 20 years old and 86kg. DESPERATE to lose weight for a wedding in a months time plus hoping that will help kick start my weight loss to be at a healthier weight for my height and age.
Master Cleanse:
I have done it before for about 5/6 days and lost I think 2/3 kg. But this time I’m planning to do it for ONE MONTH people have done it for much longer so please do not tell me not to do it unless you have done your research on it too, all comments welcome.
Excerise:
I have a exercise bike at home and i plan to to use that for 1 hour a day plus my fitness DVDs called “10 minutes solution pilates perfect body”(approx 55 mins long) and “pilates weight-loss workout for dummies” (approx 38 mins long). I plan to do all of these work outs in one day, i know it will be tough but i do not work during the week (just weekends) so i can do this mon-fri and on sat just maybe do an hour on the bike
what to you think?
