Pilates Body Bands

Pilates slim and sculpt?

I bought 10 minute Pilates Slim and Sculpt with the two toning bands.
Does it really slim and sculpt effectively? And how long do you think til it would show in my body? I probly will use it 4-5 times a week

it depends on how much fat is covering your muscles, the slimmer you are the quicker the results can be noticed
like if you are overweight then you will need a longer time ( a few weeks ) before you notice a slimmer you
you should also include a regular cardio workout to lose weight and become more physically fit
if you want to know if it is working well or not you should also see if your clother fit better, or are looser , count inches not pounds, because in the beginning you will appear thinner even if your weight didn’t change
you should know of course that pilates is not for losing weight just toning up , so you will need cardio as i mentioned earlier
