Can I make my butt smaller by running?
Can I make my butt smaller by running?
I have a bubble butt and would like to flatten it a little. Usually my exercise consists of weight training and cardio intervals for 20 minutes on the treadmill but I’m thinking of switching over to running for 45 minutes 3-4 times a week and pilates or bands on the days off so that I avoid making my butt bigger. Will this work?
By the way I am not overweight and can switch to 45 minutes easily.
yes as running is a very good form of cardio, and cardio burns fat. it will also help with toning your butt very well, 20 min of cardio a day is very little, if i were you i would increse it to maybe 30 – 35 min so you stay in your “fat burning heart rate” (65% – 80% of maximum heart rate) for longer and as a result burn more fat. pilates will help alot with the toning side.
