Trouble put bar on shoulders?

It is only 33 pounds (15 kg), including weight at each end (11 pounds [5 kg]) but I can not put on my shoulders to squats and I just - I do not want to do hack squats. I have some exercises I hate and that is one of them. Another is something of a bridge pilates legs .. So I avoid at all costs haha ^ _ ^ But if I can not stand on my shoulders would not that mean I'm hurt my back, if I someone put it on my shoulders for me? Try to lose some weight or to pose less you can get on your shoulder:)
